在过去的这三天里面我真的受益良多，从刚开始的教官培训，益泉、猴子和总教官们都倾尽全力的把他们的经验相传给我们；让我们理解如何做好一个教官以及一个教官的职责是什么。后面两个月的培训期间我们也继续意识到作为一个教官的责任，我们要如何在学弟妹面前展现出最好的一面，这个过程有过灰心，有过烦闷甚至有想要放弃的念头。但是，每次进班之后学弟妹看到我们期待的眼神，大声整齐的回应我们教官的话支持着我走到了活动日。而活动日的到来又是全新的挑战，紧凑的时间排程，不断重复的指令，沙哑的喉咙，疲倦的身躯。这时候在脑中不断重复着的，支持我的是小光的话语：“你就是要在学员面前做到200%，100%是不够的。”希望这样的精神可以传承下去，让热血三国越来越热血沸腾。
I really gained a lot within the past three days starting from the training we had when the semester initiated. Coordinator Yiquan,Instructor Houzi and our coordinators gave all their experiences to us. Trying very hard to let us know how to become a trusted instructor and what are the responsibilities behind this job. Over the past two month I realized more about the responsibility, and how should be perform Infront of our students. This process involves being dishearten, dispirited. Whatsoever, every time I enter the classroom, encounter my student looking at their excited expression and their responses to our words supported me till the final three day. The approach to the final three day is accompanied with a lot of more obstacles: squeezed schedules, repeating commands, broke down throats and tired bodies. Guang's words repeats within my eye telling me that "200% is the percentage you should be acting out to our students, only 100% is not enough." wish that this spirt could be passed on and the three kingdom becomes better and better.
