从霜序到仲冬，三个月的时间。从不恭到责任，十分大的变化。当教官，严于律己不说，服从命令不说，最应贯彻的当属以身作则。从教官培训后下定决心的那一刻起，我就决定，不演不做，用心结识班里的同学。听起来或许很空，华而不实，但是我却做到了。班里有一位沉迷网络游戏的同学，第一天我说什么他都听不进去；第二天他给我递来烤肉，跟我说他很久没有这么开心了；第三天他从男生队尾排到了队首，跟在了我的身后。有一位走读的同学，他在三天菁英课程开始前一直因为走读，没听过活动的内容，不了解活动的意义，也不认识我；他一开始拆我台，搅我局，怂恿班级男生搞事，但是第三天，他帮我管理男生纪律，我们互相信任。无论三个月还是三天，801的学生，到最后都认同了我这个教官。我没有背离最初的誓言，即使夜晚辗转反侧，白天也要做他们最好的大哥。
Three months, from a joke to responsibility. Being their boss, be earnest, I did not put heavy restrictions on myself, but I did serve myself as their star. Ever since the time I made the promise of not being compose and act in affectation, I set the goal of trying to become friends with my students. There was a kid, he rarely talk with anybody, even his homeroom teacher considers him as a real trouble maker. However, at the second day, he handled me his BBQ and told me this is his best day ever. The third day, he moved from the back of the class to the closest spot near by me. Three months, or 3 days, can change many thing. I will always be 801’s big brother.
