“武林门外送行舟，万种离情逐水。”三天两夜的热血三国挑战营，使我流连忘返，与孩子们一起争夺霸业的片段时时涌上心头，在眼前不断播放。离别总是难过的，但从此次菁英课程中所认知所掌握的技巧技能，作为欢乐的延续，永远存在。我不曾想过，组织领导是何等困难，职责义务又是何等的重要。作为教官，我所需要的不仅是教导领导能力，还有的是如何处理问题，和孩子们相处。这些都是我，这个半吊子，在生活中所不熟悉，不会涉及的领域———他们每日早起晚睡，把疲惫藏起来，带动孩子们的精神。校服、冲锋衣外套口袋里，几盒润喉糖，连续的大声呼喊，使他们的喉咙变得干涩，沙哑，无法隐藏的疲惫。他们端着盒饭，手指夹着一次性筷子，排开坐在停车场的车行道边缘，干望不远处烧烤炉中的炭火所冒出的团团灰烟。我很高兴，因为这是我所体验到的与生活中不一样的身份。这样的身份，带领我尝试，如何沟通，如何带领，如何尽责。

As an instructor, what I need is not only to teach leadership, but also how to deal with problems and get along with the children. These are me, this half-hanger, unfamiliar in life, will not be involved in the field--they get up early every night to sleep, hide the tired face and drive the spirit of the children. In the pocket of the school uniform and jacket, a few boxes of throat lozenges, shouting in a row, made their throats dry, hoarse, and unable to hide the exhaustion. They carried a box of rice, a pair of disposable chopsticks with finger clips, and arranged to sit on the edge of the roadway in the parking lot, looking out for the smoky smoke from the charcoal fire in the grill. I am very happy because this is the identity I have experienced that is different from life. This identity leads me to try, how to communicate, how to lead, how to do my duty.
