最开始参加活动由于很多时候都要用自己私下的时间去学习如何当一名合格且优秀的教官，所以感觉很累很疲惫。特别是当作业没完成却要去集合开会或者去学弟妹的班级熟悉他们，讲流程的时候。这样的日子过了两个月。可是一当活动开始时，这两个月学习到的知识全部派上了用场。看到学弟妹们的笑脸和为了集体荣誉感而努力的样子真的觉得很欣慰。学弟妹们从最开始的混乱，到最后集合站队时可以互相监督同学有没有排好队。这三天即使所有人都很辛苦，住帐篷，早起，可当每一个关卡到来，他们都会积极的面对属于他们的挑战。这三天，每个教官都很认真负责。老师们也很辛苦。每个学员都很懂事积极。这三天大家都收获满满。最后都舍不得分别，期待我们的下次相遇。
During I started to participate in the activity. I often need to use my private time to learn how to be a qualified and excellent instructor, so I felt very tired about this. Especially when i didn't finish my homework, i still need to go to learn the knowledge or went to their class to teach them. After the two-month period. Once the activity started, all the knowledge learned in two months came in handy. Seeing the smiles of the younger brothers and sisters and the sense of their collective honor, All my classmates can supervise each other at the end of the activity. These three days even all of us are very hard. We live in tents and get up early. But when every task comes, they will actively face the challenges that belong to them. All instructors are very responsible for these three days. The teachers are also very hard. Every student is very sensible. Everyone has gained a lot in these three days. Finally, we can't bear to separate, I look forward to our next encounter.
