“痛并快乐着”，这简单的五个字贯穿了我的三国挑战营体验。
从最初的教官培训，到结业式，在这漫长的两个月中，我学到了很多，也失去了很多。我学到了如何在第一次见面的时候留下好印象，学到了在一个团队中如何领导组员完成各项任务，学到了举办大型活动时需要注意的很多事项，还学到了如何与同仁合作完成当下的目标。这些能力在平时的学习生活中接触不到，但它们却是在生活中必不可少的技能。
在得到这些能力的同时，我也付出了很多努力。这两个月内，无数的课余时间都被奉献到了这个任务中；我们耗尽精气神，记住了早操、营火舞、舞林大会的三套动作，最终无功无过的完成了展示与教学；活动中，学员们虽然都很听指挥，但是那么多人的队伍还是需要花很大力气去带领，活动结束后我都失去了我的声音，变成了“烟嗓”；每一天的活动都开始的很早，我们还需要比学员早起至少半个小时去准备，睡眠，变成了稀缺品。这些困难对于没太经历过风浪的我来说十分难熬。在这份痛苦中，我也慢慢磨练成长了许多。
在结业式的结尾看到全班同学齐声喊“大脸教官”的时候、在吃着学员们塞给我满手的烤串的时候、在看见团队跳绳时大家的专注与投入的时候、我，认为这次的活动已然十分成功。这一份记忆，我会铭记在心，带着这份感悟与回忆，成为一个更好的人。
"Pain and happiness", these simple three words ran through my three-kingdom challenge experience.
From the initial instructor training to the closing ceremony, I have learned a lot and lost a lot in this long two months. I learned how to make a good impression when I met people for the first time, learned how to lead the team members in various tasks in a team, learned what must we pay attention to when holding large-scale events, and learned how to cooperate with colleagues to complete the current goal. These abilities are not accessible in the usual learning life, but they are essential skills in usual learning life.
While getting these abilities, I also made a lot of effort. In the past two months, countless spare time has been dedicated to this task; we drained to remember the morning exercises, campfire dance, and dance competition move, and finally completed the show with minimum mistakes; although the students listen to my command, but the team of so many people still need to spend a lot of effort to lead. After the event, I lost my voice and became a "smoke"; every day, the activities already start very early every day, but we still need to get up at least half an hour earlier than the students. Sleep, become scarce. These difficulties are very difficult for me who have not experienced obstacles in life. In this pain, I grown a lot.
At the end of the closing ceremony, when the whole class screamed "big face instructor" in the same time, when eating the BBQ that the students gave me full hands, when they saw the concentration and input of everyone in the team rope-skipping, I think this event has been very successful. This memory, I will remember in my heart, with this sentiment and memories, become a better person.
