有人曾经说过“负责任就是尽力而为.” 这句话的含义深深的影响了我这三天菁英活动的动力. 这一次并不是我第一次参加三国菁英志工团队，不同的是，以更为重要的身份参与这项活动，也就是以魏国总教官的身份参与，同时这也代表了我需要扛起更高更重的责任. 其实两个月间，时常有放弃的想法——失败的恐惧；无人感谢的愤怒；无用的努力带来的绝望——时常将我推向放弃的边缘. 但正因为上面那句话的道理将这些东西消除掉，时刻提醒这些是我的责任，而我应尽自己最大的努力给学弟妹们最好的体验. 毕竟我可是被他们深深信任的总教官啊. 尽管结果不是最佳，但这次活动绝对是我们最难以忘怀的一次记忆. “不管是什么事，尽力而为总是能带来最好的回忆.”
A wise man once said: “Responsibility is nothing but trying the best you can.” The value of the sentence greatly influence the motivation of this Elite Event. This time, unlike the most of others, was the second time for me to be part of this event. What differentiated from last year was that I took a bigger responsibility this time, as the leader of Wei Kingdom. In these two months,I constantly wanted to give up in fact, the fear of losing, the anger of no appreciation from others, and the desperation of unworthiness pushing me to the edge. But then again, every time the sentence reminded me how I should face the responsibility with my own ability so the 11th graders can have the best experience all the time. In the end, I was the one who got trusted by all 11th graders, even 8th graders. Although the result might not be the most perfect, but indeed it left the most memorable experience for all of us. “No matter what, all we need is trying the best we can.”
