经过了三个月的训练和筹备之后，我们也成长了许多。参加三国志愿者不仅是技能学习的增多，还有心理上也变得更成熟。平日里,与同学们朝夕相处,久而久之,淡忘了这份处身集体之中的快乐.但是这次活动,又让我的心活跃起来了.这种感觉似曾相识,犹如第一次参加活动一样.角色转变的不同让我深深意识到班级活动的重大意义.集体不是只体现在自己的形成，而是发展过程中使我们三十四个同学团结起来,形成集体主义意识,产生集体荣誉感和关心集体、热爱集体的责任感,而且通过集体开展的活动,使我们养成喜欢过集体生活的习惯,增长在集体中生活和工作的本领,学会正确处理个人与集体、自由与纪律、权利与义务、命令与服从等关系.三国的志工是学生对学校的反馈。希望在之后的时间，我们这些伙伴还能在一起，为这个使我们在一起的校园做些贡献。也希望有更多的人加入我们。
