Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

這次的活動其實和我預期的差不多吧。雖然感覺沒有學到很多具體的知識，但是確實加深了自己的人生經驗。很久很久以後，我將會忘記各種繩結的打結方法，我將會忘記這些舞蹈要怎麼跳，我將會忘記看到哪一個手勢要做什麼動作，但是，我知道我不會忘記從八月開始到正式三國活動結束後的故事。通過這次活動我認識了很多人，因為平常在IB，就很少會和美高的同學有很多的互動。這次34位教官從一開始的互相不認識，到最後產生不用開口就互相補位的默契。我認為我真正從這個活動中獲得的還是自我管理的能力。為別人負責首先就要為自己負責，我們做出的每一個決定每一個舉動都影響著另一個人。等到我獲得這種壓力的時候也就代表說我們已經成長了，已經可以用自己的能力去幫助另一個人，而我從這次的活動中充分的獲得了這種壓力。我總是提醒自己需要以身作則，因為我的判斷不是只會影響到我一個人。而自我管理另一個很大的部分就是時間管理。雖然我們有教官手冊，但是其實時間的安排到最後還是隨機應變，我們所有人需要有共同的時間概念，所有的互動都要控制在一定的時間之內。好好的運用時間才能讓活動順利進行下去，並且把守時的觀念帶給學弟妹。最後我覺得，我真的很感謝我的搭檔和我帶領的班級。因為我還是學生，我自然沒有辦法做的那麽完美，搭檔的幫助和班級同學的配合真的讓我覺得很感激。雖然我的802班有的時候會不聽話，但是在我一次又一次的慎重提醒之後還是有好幾個人會來幫我管理剩下的同學，他們也同時把那種想要贏的心態帶給大家。我從這次活動中真的體驗到了我平常不會體驗的事情，這是一個難能可貴的經驗。

This activity is actually similar as I expected. Although I didn't learned a lot of concrete knowledge, I did deepen my life experience. After a long time, I will forget the knotting methods of various knots, I will forget how to dance these movements, I will forget which movement should I make in front of different gestures. However, I know that I will not forget the stories from August throughout the official Three Kingdoms event. I have met a lot of people through this activity, because I usually stay in IB building, there will be very little interaction with the students of the International department. The 34 instructors did not know each other well from the beginning, and finally produced a tacit understanding of complementing each other without speaking. I think that what I really get from this activity is the ability to manage myself. Responsibility for others is first and foremost responsible for ourselves. During this activity, every decision we make affects another people. When I get this pressure, it means that we have grown up and can use our ability to help another person, and I did gained this pressure from this activity. I always remind myself that I need to behave well and be their fine example, because my judgments do not only affect myself only. Another big part of self-management is time management. Although we have an instructor's manual, in fact, the time is arranged artificially at the end of the time. We all need to have a common concept of time, all interactions must be controlled within a certain period of time. A good time management will allow the activity to go smoothly and bring the concept of punctuality to the younger brother. Finally, I feel that I really appreciate to my partner and the class I lead. Because I am still a student, I naturally can't do everything perfectly. The help of my partner and the cooperation of classmates really make me feel very grateful. Although my 802 class will sometimes disobeys my orders, but after I have carefully reminded them again and again, there are several people who will help me manage the rest of the classmates. They also bring the kind of mentality that they want to win to everyone. I really experienced what I wouldn't normally experience from this event. This is a valuable experience.
