在这三天中，我觉得我成长了许多，从惴惴不安到从容自如，从害羞胆怯到无所顾忌。一开始我很害怕小朋友们不听从指挥，肆无忌惮，跟他们相处了一天过后我完全放心了！因为他们太乖了！而且我们之间的关系渐渐的从陌生的学长姐变成了见到面会打招呼的朋友。我学会了如何带领他们完成任务，如何处理他们之间的小摩擦，很感谢有这样一次机会即得到了锻炼也收获了回忆。

In the past three days, I felt I have been growth a lot, from afraid to calm ease, from shy to open. At first, I was really afraid that the kids won’t follow my instructions. However, after the first day, I was surprised, they were so nice! Also our relationship changed from the strangers to intimate friends. I learned how to lead them and how to deal with the conflicts between them. Thanks a lot for this practices, I gained the nice memory as well.
