参与这次教官活动，于我而言是意义非凡的历练。活动三天里，我带领学生喊响口号，与其他教官密切协作。我们目标明确，虽未夺冠获得第二名，但过程中收获满满。

在三国城扮演少梁城池城主时，状况频出。人员组织协调、任务推进节奏把控等问题不断冒头。可我没有退缩，积极思考应对策略，最终将问题妥善解决。

此次经历让我明白团队协作与随机应变的重要性。它不仅提升了我的组织管理能力，更让我懂得面对挑战要不惧困难、奋勇向前，未来我也会带着这份成长继续前行。

Participating in this instructor activity was an extremely meaningful experience for me. During the three days of the event, I led the students to shout the slogans loudly and worked closely with other instructors. We had a clear goal. Although we didn't win the championship, we got the second place and gained a lot in the process.

When I played the role of the city lord of Shao Liang City in the Three Kingdoms City, various problems kept emerging, such as personnel organization and coordination, and the control of the task advancement pace. However, I did not back down. Instead, I actively thought about countermeasures and eventually resolved the issues properly.

This experience made me understand the importance of teamwork and adaptability. It not only enhanced my organizational and management skills, but also taught me to face challenges without fear and forge ahead bravely. In the future, I will also carry this growth and continue to move forward.
