  在加入教官之前，我们先完成了环岛的菁英活动，然后通过层层筛选，最终加入教官社团，每次社团时间，老师们都会尽心为我们准备PPT讲解一些必备的知识点，从10年级到11现在我们一直在为这次的热血三国打基础做准备，一步一步学习怎么当好一个教官，打方回节，学搭帐篷收帐篷，系水杯，学各种游戏的内容玩法规则，每个人都全力以赴认真对待。

  我也相信我们一定能完成这次的任务，终于在我们的盼望下，三国如约而至，三国前一天的周五每一个教官都整装待发，三国期间每一个人都尽责将自己全部的热情和力量奉献给学生们。

  虽然很多人都会说教官这些事情很占用时间，并且并非是某种应试的考试是没有意义的，但我觉得并非如此。教官给予我们的意义不像是纸上谈兵更像是某种关于能力的培训和解决某些人生的课题的引子，比如说团队协作或是某种领导力在或者是换种视角看待自己的学生年代沉浸式体验“老师”的角色。

  很大程度上不仅是在学习方面，在生活中拥有这种经历常常也会引起我的反思。如果说在教官的生活和培养是云朵，在教官团体上学到的一些能力和看待问题的视角是点点滴滴淅淅沥沥的甘霖，那今后我的人生就是待被发掘的土地。

  我坚信，总有一天这片云会带着那阵雨来到新世界。

  Before joining the instructor, we first completed the elite activities around the island, and then passed the layers of screening, and finally joined the instructor's club. Every time in the club, the teachers will prepare PPT for us to explain some necessary knowledge points. From grade 10 to 11, we have been laying the foundation for this hot-blooded Three Kingdoms. Prepare, learn how to be a good instructor step by step, play the square back to the festival, learn to set up tents and collect tents, tie water cups, learn the content and rules of various games, and everyone will do their best to take it seriously.

  I also believe that we will be able to complete this task. Finally, under our expectations, the Three Kingdoms came as promised. On the Friday the day before the Three Kingdoms, every instructor was ready to go. During the Three Kingdoms period, everyone devoted all his enthusiasm and strength to the students.

  Although many people will say that instructors are time-consuming and not some kind of test-taking exams are meaningless, I don't think so. The meaning given to us by the instructor is not like talking about soldiers on paper, but more like an introduction to the training of ability and solving certain life issues, such as teamwork or some kind of leadership, or looking at the role of "teacher" in the immersive experience of one's student age from a different perspective.

  To a large extent, not only in learning, but also in life, having this kind of experience often causes me to reflect. If the life and training of instructors are clouds, and some of the abilities and perspectives learned from the instructor group are dripping sweet rain, then my life will be the land to be excavated in the future.

  I firmly believe that one day this cloud will bring the shower to the new world.
