在热血三国活动的筹备阶段，虽然面临着巨大的挑战与压力，但这段经历让我感受到生活的充实与意义。在这个过程中，我不仅收获了知识和技能，更多的是对团队合作和领导力的深刻理解。从一开始，12年级的教官们就陪伴在我们身边，耐心地指导着舞蹈排练与基础训练，这种无私的付出持续了几个月。我们的努力不仅是为了活动的完美呈现，更是为了培养我们的责任感和团队精神。起初，我内心充满紧张，但随着时间的推移，我渐渐意识到自己能够激励和带领其他学生，大家都在热情地投入其中。在为期三天两夜的活动中，我感受到了团队的凝聚力和学生们的热情。每当看到大家在舞台上尽情表演、欢笑、互动，我的内心都被深深触动。与八年级时的经历相比，这次活动让我体会到一种更深层次的责任感。我不仅是参与者，更是引导者，看到同学们在我的带领下变得更加自信，我感到无比欣慰。活动结束时，回首与12年级教官们的点滴，我心中充满感激和不舍。这段经历不仅让我成长为一个更好的自己，也让我意识到，如果不成为教官，我可能会在心底留下无法弥补的遗憾。正是这份热情和责任感，激励着我在未来的道路上勇往直前。还是那个句话，不当教官后悔一辈子！

During the preparation phase of the "Hot-Blooded Three Kingdoms" event, despite facing immense challenges and pressure, this experience made me feel the richness and significance of life. Throughout this process, I not only gained knowledge and skills but also developed a deep understanding of teamwork and leadership. From the very beginning, the 12th-grade instructors accompanied us, patiently guiding us through dance rehearsals and basic training. Their selfless dedication lasted for months. Our efforts were not only aimed at achieving a perfect presentation for the event but also at cultivating our sense of responsibility and team spirit. Initially, I was filled with anxiety, but as time went by, I gradually realized that I could motivate and lead other students, and everyone became passionately engaged. During the three-day, two-night event, I felt the cohesion of the team and the enthusiasm of the students. Every time I saw everyone performing, laughing, and interacting on stage, I was deeply moved. Compared to my experience in the eighth grade, this event allowed me to feel a deeper sense of responsibility. I was not just a participant; I was a guide. Seeing my classmates become more confident under my leadership filled me with immense joy. At the end of the event, reflecting on the moments shared with the 12th-grade instructors, I felt a deep sense of gratitude and reluctance to part ways. This experience not only helped me grow into a better version of myself but also made me realize that if I didn't become an instructor, I might carry an irreplaceable regret in my heart. It is this passion and sense of responsibility that motivates me to move forward boldly on my future path. As I often say, "Not becoming an instructor is a lifelong regret!"
